GAP 学费 Assistance

This program provides needs-based tuition assistance for approved short-term continuing education training programs for in-demand occupations.

Since non-credit programs are not eligible for federal financial aid, this program is designed to bridge the funding gap for individuals that meet program and income guidelines to complete short-term training programs.

What programs are approved?

The following short-term, high-demand career training programs are approved for Gap 学费 Assistance:

• Class A Commercial Driver's License Certificate
• Certified Professional Medical Coder
• 数控加工
• 健康 Support Professional
• Industrial 维护
• 行业4.0 Training Program: Basic Operations
• Introduction to 建筑行业
• Patient Access and Front Desk
• Pharmacy Technician

谁有资格?

学费 assistance for this program is need based. Individuals are required to complete an eligibility process to determine their ability to complete a program and gain full-time employment upon completion of training.

If you receive food assistance you may qualify to participate in free training. The program was developed to help you learn skills for in-demand jobs that pay a higher wage.

What is the process?

• Research your career choice and 提交 your application materials.
• Review and discuss your training request with a Career Pathway Navigator.
• A review committee will evaluate your materials and determine your fit for the program.
